Brock chose to attend medical school in a place rich with outdoor activities. While new to adventure racing, he brings considerable outdoor experience in climbing, trekking, trail-running, and water work. He has led two teams for short distance adventure races, and has had great success. As an Air Force Special Operations Pararescueman, Brock displayed his strength, endurance, and team-work, while excelling in tactical, medical, and rescue operations.
